Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: RPA7178 Utility Diversions & Civil Works Framework Agreement. RPA intends to enter into a four year Framework Agreement for the provision of utility diversions and related civil works. The scope of this Framework will include, but is not limited to: — Utility Diversionary Works, to include diversionary and protection works to the utilities and services in the vicinity of the proposed alignments including the diversion of water, sewage, gas, telecommunication, electricity and other services, — Construction of elements of metro and light rail infrastructure including highway junction reconfiguration, sub-station civil works, Overhead Cantenary System (OCS) foundations, track drainage, manholes and ducting, — Other civil elements associated with the accommodation works phase of projects. The procurement process in relation to the Framework Agreement is fully described in a separate information memorandum and pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) which can be requested from the contact in I.1.
