Electrical Installation for 2 920 m2 leisure facility including power, lighting, data and other relevant electrical works associated with the building at site. Lot No. 3 Mechanical Engineering Works. Mechanical installation for 2 970 m2 leisure facility including heating, ventilation, hot and cold water and other relevant mechanical works associated with the building on site. Lot No. 4 Filtration Plant Installation. Supply and installation of pool water treatment system for 2 970 m2 leisure facility. Lot No. 5 Curtain Wall Glazing / Windows. Supply and installation of aluminium curtain wall glazing and ancillary fittings and components for 2 970 m2 leisure facility. Lot No. 6 Lift Installation. Supply and installation of passenger lift serving ground and first floor.
