Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Campus Development Works St Patrick's College Drumcondra. St. Patrick’s College requests expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out works as part of the campus development.The campus development works will consist of :- 2 no. new teaching blocks of approximately 4900 sq metres each incorporating lecture theatres, study areas works shops, café. Other new buildings include a sports building and a new crèche facility. There will be a redevelopment of an existing teaching block and a mechanical and electrical refurbishment of 3 other blocks. Temporary office buildings will be required during the construction phase. There will also be extensive external works required on the campus. Note, The campus will continue to operate normal activities during the construction period.
