Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Upgrade of oil storage facility. The National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) have entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) that gives the agency access to a redundant oil fuel storage facility at Ringsend Dublin. There are nine vertical storage tanks with a total capacity of 80 000 CM. The work is to refurbish the storage facility to enable the storage of gas oil and diesel there for the next 20 years. Work includes -The installation of double bottoms in all tanks -Refurbishment of the bund area -Installation of pipework and a simple truck loading facility -Site lighting -Erect a small control building and fencing.
