Longford Swimming Pool. Applications for inclusion on a list of tenderers from which tenders will be sought for the construction of the works as listed herein. The location of the site is the current sports hall at The Mall, Longford, The work consists of a single-storey extension (approx 1500sqm) to the existing sports hall to consist of a 12.5m x 25m swimming pool; a 5,5m x 12,5m learners pool, changing facilities, together with building services and site works. The existing sports hall is to be maintained in service throughout the course of the works. Separate tenders will be sought for the main building contract and separate sub-contracts for mechanical services, electrical services, pool filtration, and aluminium external fenestration (curtain walling/windows). Specialist packages will be separately tendered and successful tenderers will be nominated as sub-contractors under the main building contract. This notice relates to the following types of contractors: 1. Main Building Contractors, 2. Electrical services, 3. Mechanical services, 4. Aluminium curtain walling/window contractors 5.
