Schools public private partnership (PPP) programme, bundle 3. Public private partnership contract for the design, build, finance, and the provision of services for this bundle which consists of eight schools on seven sites in counties Galway (a primary and post-primary school sharing a single campus), Limerick, Westmeath, Wexford, Waterford, Donegal and Leitrim (all post-primary). It is intended that a design, build, finance, and services contract will be entered into with the successful tenderer for the purposes of carrying out the project. The successful tenderer will be required to demonstrate that its proposal offers a genuine transfer of risk and value for money.
