Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified building contractors who wish to be considered for the demolition of the existing school buildings, prefabricated buildings and outhouses (approximate area 2,750sqm), and the construction of a new 575 pupil secondary school building over three storeys and part two storey and single storey, and associated external works. The external works include a new roadway within the site, car parking with 47 no. spaces, turning circle, set down, new hard play areas and basketball courts, a new 100 x 65 m sports pitch, and new ESB substation. The total area of the development is approximately 5 500 sqm on an 8,5 acres site at O’Moore Street, Tullamore, Co Offaly.
