Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: 16 Classroom G.R.D. School for Monkstown Educate Together N.S., Monkstown, Co Dublin. The work will consist of the construction of a two storey 16 classroom primary school with a G.P. area. The construction type will be of Load bearing Masonry with a composite metal roofing system. The Total Floor Area will be 2 300 sq. metres approx. The project will also include extensive civil works, including ball court areas, synthetic all weather pitch and car parking, roads, drainage and attenuation tanks on the campus of a third level institution. Firms wishing to express an interest in the following work areas should apply: i) General building work incorporating all specialist work not identified below, ii) Specialist sub-contract work for electrical installation, iii) Specialist sub-contract work for mechanical installation, iv) Specialist sub-contract work for lift installation.
