Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Construction of New National Schools at Moville & Clonmany County Donegal. General Building Contractors 2. (a) Mechanical Contractors (b) Electrical Contractors Applications are invited from suitably qualified main contractors and specialist sub-contractors (as listed above) who wish to be included on the approved tender list from which tenders will be invited for the above projects. The projects may be let as two separate contracts or one combined contract with sectional completion for each school. The work on the Moville site will consist of the demolition of the existing two storey school building and mobile classroom on the Scoil Eoghan site and the demolition of the existing school building on the former Scoil Iosaf site. The works will also involve the erection of a new replacement two storey 8 classroom national school, with a total floor area of 1 560 m2, including associated carparking, siteworks and new all weather pitch on the Scoil Eoghan site. The work on the Clonmany site will consist of the erection of a new replacement two storey 8 classroom national school, with a total floor area of 1 548 m2, including associated carparking, alterations to existing carpark to include pedestrian footpath, new all weather pitch and demolition of existing school building on completion of new school.
