Remedial works at Ardmore Park, Ballybeg, Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland. The work includes repairs, improvements and upgrading of existing housing units and adjacent external works at the location in II.1.5 above. The contract will be awarded for 30 housing units initially. Subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor of the initial and any subsequent contracts, Waterford City Council may invite the contractor to negotiate a tender for further works of a similar nature in the same location as named in II.1.5 above. The total estimated cost of subsequent works shall be taken into consideration by the contracting authorities when they apply the provisions of Article 6 of Council Directive 93/37/EEC.
