Framework Agreement for Carrying out Roadworks in a City and Surburban Environment. Expressions of Interest are invited from Civil Engineering Contractors to enter into a Framework Agreement for carrying out Roadworks in a City and Surburban Environment. Contracts could range from 500 EUR to less than 500 000 EUR (inl. VAT). Contracts could range from 500,000 EUR to less than 5 000 000 EUR (inl. VAT). Works could involve some of the following activities (this is not an exhaustive list): — erection of signs and nameplates, — cleaning of Signs, — erection of poles, — installation of ducts, — road repairs (flexible and rigid), — footpath repairs and refurbishment, — resurfacing, — granite work, — installation of gullies, — pipelaying, — construction of manholes and chambers, — diversion of services, — road widening, — traffic management, — installation of PL columns, — installation of tactiles and dishing, — road markings, — installing of traffic islands, — installing bollards, pedestrian barriers etc., — diversion of services, — construction of walls and related works, — traffic signal improvement, — watermain upgrading, — upgrade of bus stops, — trial Holes/Site Investigations. All works are to be carried out in a city and surburban environment in accordance with the 'Direction for the Control and Management of Roadworks in Dublin City' (
