Completion of statutory procedures, design and construction of a new section of 2 + 1 carriageway over a distance of between 16 and 21 km approximately, following rationalisation of tie in points along a "fast tracked" section of the improvement scheme, consisting of at grade junctions, bridge crossings of River Foherish, River Laney, River Sullane and all associated infrastructure.
