Building Contractor for the construction of a multi-sports facility. The Development will consist/consists of: Construction of two and a half storey Multi-Sport facility building of 12 343.2 sq.m. and 17.15 metres in height comprising; an indoor athletic track & field auditorium with a 200 m banked running running track and spectator seating for 1 500 persons and an elevated athlete war-up area; a separate multi purpose indoor sports auditorium with spectator seating for 1 500 persons; a 500 person outdoor spectator stand overlooking the existing 400 m outdoor track & field facility; ancillary accommodation including 10 no. changing room facilities to serve the proposed building and the existing adjacent outdoor track & field and pitch facilities, gymnasium and high performance training rooms, medical centre and support rooms, spectator toilets and stores, staff rooms,, offices, café/restaurant; a 160 space semi-basement car parking level and planr area of 5020 sq.m.; and ESB substation and switch room of 23.2 sq.m.; re-allignment of existing internal estate road and parking, all landscaping including shared hard surface plaza at main entrance and ancillary foul and attenuated surface water discharge with water rainwater harvesting connections to existing campus services; screening of existing maintenance buildings.
