Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Phase 1BC - Auditorium Building. Construction of a 3rd level teaching building, extending to 8 350 m2, over 3 levels, plus partial basement. The building will consist of an auditorium, lecture theatres, teaching labs and language labs, general purpose teaching rooms, offices and student welfare facilities. The building contract will include associated Infrastrutcure works, including roads and car parking. Construction will take place on an existing 3rd level campus, and the new building will adjoin existing buildings on the campus. Separate tenders will be sought from selected candidates (based on pre-qualification submissions) for the main buidling contract and other specialist sub-contractors as follows: mechanical services, electrical services, lifts installation. Other specialist sub-contracts may be sought for the following: glazing, theatre seating, fitted furniture, and landscaping.
