Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Computer and Audio-Visual Tender 2006-2009. Athlone Institute of Technology intends to award this contract for a 3-year period from 1.9.2006-31.8.2009 (subject to satisfactory completion of the contract) by means of the Restricted Tender Procedure (RTP). Athlone Institute of Technology reserves the right to withdraw from the contract, at any time, should it deem the successful company(ies) to be in breach of the contract. The contract will be awarded in the following lots: Lot A: Computers and servers Lob B: Network equipment Lot C: Printers and scanners; and Lot D: Audio-visual equipment Candidates may apply for one, some, or all of the lots as they deem appropriate. Candidates are invited to submit an expression of interest by means of a company profile. Details of the minimum requirements are listed in Appendix A, which is attached as a downloadable document from the site indicated below, or alternatively, is available on written request (e-mail will suffice) from Ms. Trudy Stack, tstack@ait.ie Company profiles will be used to compile the tender list. The deadline for receipt of expressions of interest is 6.7.2006 (17.00). Applications received after this deadline will not be considered. Faxed or e-mailed applications will not be accepted.
