Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply and support of current and future ICT Technologies. The purpose of this procurement is to select a contractor to support the existing ICT security technologies and supply and support future security technologies in the Department of Foreign Affairs. The Department of Foreign Affairs intends to establish a single contract with a chosen supplier for these services. The Department of Foreign Affairs is seeking a service contract providing: 1. Maintenance and support for the existing security hardware infrastructure. Maintenance and support for the existing security software infrastructure. Options for the supply of any new security infrastructure that the Department may deem necessary. Maintenance of any new security infrastructure the Department may purchase for the duration of the contract. The selected contractor will be required to demonstrate: 1. Significant experience in the supply and support of security infrastructure. A proven capacity to deliver a high quality service within the terms and conditions agreed. All respondents to this stage of the procurement exercise are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire. Questionnaire's will only be issued to respondents, upon receipt of proof of accreditation to a manufacturer of EAL4 certified firewalls or equivalent.
