Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Request for Tender for the provision of servers and portable computers. The Department of Health & Children (DOHC) invites tenders from suitable parties for the following lots. Lot A Purchase of Servers, Lot B Purchase of Portable Computers. The tender relates to the outright purchase, delivery, configuration, installation and three year on-site warranty/maintenance in respect of new, high quality, high performance hardware equipment for the various offices of the Department of Health & Children. It is intended that the contract(s) will operate on a draw down basis as requirements dictate. The contract will operate under the terms of a signed service level agreement which will outline conditions, costs, response times etc. and will be agreed with the successful tenderer. Suppliers may tender for one or both lots.
