Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Metro Ethernet Fibre Connectivity. RTE are seeking submissions relating to the provision of cross-city ethernet connectivity over fibre optic cabling. This connectivity is to be run between RTE campus facilities in Donnybrook Dublin 4, and datacentres at Data Electronics (DEG) in Kilcarbery Co. Dublin, Telecity in City West Co. Dublin, and Interxion in Parkwest Co. Dublin. Connectivity at speeds of up to 10 Gbps are required. Documents are available at the following address http://www.rte.ie/about/tenders/metrotender.
