South Dublin County Council invites expressions of interest for a CCTV system for the Grange Castle Business Park in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Specifically, the project will provide for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training and one-year maintenance of a CCTV Network supported on hinged 10 metre poles. The main requirements of the project include: - a fixed CCTV Vehicular Recognition Camera Network to provide for security in the form of the main entrance vehicular control. - supply and installation (within an already constructed underground duct network) of fibre and power source cables. - The fibre network will be of various core sizes to allow for the future expansion of the CCTV Network within the Grange Castle Business Park environs. - The CCTV Network, inclusive of Fibre and Power cabling, will be laid into the existing marketing suite adjacent to the lake. - The marketing suite will house the main control security centre for the park and will incorporate the main hardcore and software headend equipment of the contract. - The completed installation will allow for viewing of the security network at all main vehicular entrance gates within the existing and proposed security buildings. Applicants should note that South Dublin County Council have already carried out all of the relevant civil works (i.e. trenching, etc) needed for the installation of this CCTV system. It is envisaged that the successful supplier will start work on-site in August 2007.
