Construction of new Sand carpet pitch at Clg An Clochan Liath, Rosses Park, Carnmore Road, Dungloe, Co. Donegal, F94 KW65. The stone sub-grade platform has been prepared by others in advance. The contractor will confirm that the platform has been installed in accordance with the design levels and signify their acceptance of same in writing in advance of any works commencing. The contractor will note the presence of peat-based soil / sand mix for use on the new pitch construction and the laboratory report confirming the soil feed and remediation strategy for same. Scope of Works consists of the following: - Collector drains, lateral drains, Mole Ploughing, Slit drainage, Manholes, Topsoil, Sand, Fertilizers, Seeding, Maintenance, Verti-Draining, Mowing.
