Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Greater Dublin Regional Drainage Project - Engineering Consultancy Services. Fingal County Council (the Contracting Authority) seeks to appoint a Service Provider for the full planning stage (see Section II.2.1 of this Notice) of the Greater Dublin Regional Drainage Project (the GDRDP). The GDRDP will include the provision of. a regional wastewater treatment plant and an associated marine outfall location at a site in the northern part of the Greater Dublin Area and 2. an orbital drainage system linking the regional wastewater treatment plant to the existing regional drainage network and to provide for connections to identified areas of future development. as Contracting Authority Fingal County Council is acting on behalf of Fingal, Meath, Kildare, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown and South Dublin County Councils and Dublin City Council.
