Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) ("the Employer") is the government agency responsible for the provision of Light Rail, Metro and Integrated Ticketing Services in Ireland. Metro North runs for approximately 18km and is a mixed underground and over ground railway between Dublin City Centre and the northern suburb of Swords, via Dublin Airport. The project is being promoted as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with ultimate responsibility for the design, build, finance, maintenance and operations resting with private sector concessionaires. RPA is a state Agency responsible for the procurement and planning of the project and is now seeking to augment its team in the areas of construction methodology and planning of urban underground works and station box construction. An Electronic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (ePQQ) is available by expressing an intertest through this notice. Interested candidates shall complete and submit the ePQQ online.
