Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Operation of On-campus Crèche (Concession). The Institute of Technology, Tallaght (ITT Dublin) is currently in the process of constructing a new purpose-built crèche facility on campus. The building will be single storey with a total area of 322 m2 comprising rooms for four different age groups, toilet facilities, kitchen, staff area and associated accommodation. Car parking, setdown spaces and external play areas will also be provided. This building is expected to be completed in September 2009 and will be ready for occupation in late autumn. The crèche will provide child care services for a total of 50 children and cater to students, staff and the wider Tallaght community. ITT Dublin invites expressions of interest from qualified individuals and organisations to operate the crèche on a service concession basis.
