Framework Contract for Long Term Supply of Goods – Plaxton Bus and Coach Parts. The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the supply of Plaxton bus and coach [chassis/body] parts directly to its various depots/garages nationwide. The Contract is for a three year period. All queries regarding the Contract or any other element of the Invitation to Tender should be addressed in writing and sent by post, facsimile or email transmission to the person identified in Schedule 4 of the Conditions of Tendering and to arrive not later than 14 days before the Closing Date. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to ensure that all queries and/or requests for documentation are received by the Contracting Authority.
