Catering Services NUI Galway requires a restaurateur / caterer to operate the following established successful cafe restaurants on campus: - Moffetts: 120 seat self service and waiter service restaurant - Clinical Science Institute Cafe: 56 seat self service café - Coffee on Line: 26 seat coffee bar The successful tenderer will be required to provide quality fare in NUI Galway which now has a campus community of over 18 000 students and staff. The University continues to grow and expand, it is embarking on a 400 000 000 EUR capital development programme, the biggest single building programme in its history which will result in a "Campus of the Future" on the banks of the Corrib.
