FรS Employment Services also offers a range of services to unemployed clients, in particular, e.g. career guidance, action planning, career information, information & placement on FรS training and employment programmes, advice on employment incentives and self-service access to job vacancy information, etc. This service is delivered by approximately 300 FรS Employment Services Officers (ESOs) through a network of 64 Employment Services Offices nationwide. Purpose of guidance technical support. The primary purpose of guidance technical support is to ensure that the ESO is appropriately addressing the needs of the client within an agreed framework and boundaries. Objective. The main objective is to support Employment Services Officers through the provision of group supervision service to FรS Employment Service Officers nationwide (approximately 300 officers in total). And. Telephone access to guidance technical support in the case of any crisis/emergency. Methodology. The services required are as follows: โ Group guidance technical support to 5 Employment Services Officers max, provided by a suitably qualified external supervisor, which would meet 4 times per year. Duration of group session = 3 hours. Approximately 240 group sessions in total, nationwide per annum, โ Telephone access to this supervisor in the case of crisis/emergency (during normal office hours).
