Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Mixed Development of Miller's Marsh Site - Expressions of Interest. Waterford City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced developers, to develop the site known as Miller's Marsh in partnership with Waterford City Council. This key city centre site, which is currently a surface car park with a capacity of 130 spaces, has an approximate area of 0,55 ha. Applicants will be required to submit proposals for development of the entire site to provide 400 parking spaces plus other uses that may include residential, retail and or hotel/leisure. Any proposed developments will have to retain the existing rights of way over the site (i.e. accesses to private properties). The proposed development will consist of uses that are in accordance with the proper planning and sustainable development for the area. The site is located in the City Centre and is very accessible from the current National Primary N25 route.
