Shannon Heritage requests tenders for the supply of catering services for the Evening Entertainment Products and Day Time Visitor sites. Shannon Heritage is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shannon Development and has responsibility for the management and development of day visitor and evening entertainment products in the Shannon Region on a fully commercial basis. Shannon Heritage was one of the first companies in Ireland to develop and run heritage attractions and Medieval Castle entertainments, and has since grown to become a market leader in the tourism industry both at home and abroad. Shannon Heritage’s portfolio includes 7 day visitor sites and 4 evening entertainment products attracting 625 000 visitors from all over the world. This visitor mix comprises of tourists, families, senior excursions, incentive and corporate groups, social and community groups and school groups. Additional to this is a fully operational public house known as ‘Macs Pub’ located in the Folk Park. The Lease for Macs Pub will be tendered separately.
