The development will consist of the demolition of a existing single storey residential building and the construction of a 960 pupil (5406 sq.m) Primary School Building over two storeys and part three storey. The development will also consist of a new entrance off Kill Link East Road, new boundary fencing comprising steel galvanized railings on a rendered low level wall to the North, South & Eastern boundaries, palisade fencing to the Western boundary, a new access road, car parking with 56 no. spaces, a new hard play area, bus turning circle & enclosure for a new ESB substation, located in the North Eastern corner of the site, accessed off Kill Link East Road. Firms wishing to express an interest in general building work incorporating all necessary specialists should apply for a pre-qualification questionnaire. The main contract will include the following specialists: electrical, mechanical, lift, aluminium window & built-in furniture installation, Note: All interested candidates are required to complete a Prequalification Questionnaire which is available on the etenders website at www.etenders.gov.ie.
