Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Decentralised Offices at Enniscorthy, County Wexford - Expressions of interest. The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Developers/Contractors, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a list, from which proposals will be invited for the provision of office accommodation and ancillary facilities in Enniscorthy, County Wexford, to accommodate approximately 100 staff of Bord Bia. The accommodation will be provided on a Design Build basis with payment on a milestone basis. The Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor will be utilised for this project.
