Loughlinstown swimming pool. The proposed works comprises of the following: 25m long 6 no. lane Swimming pool of internal floor area 1 900 m2. Entrance foyer of 150 m2 to serve new pool and existing building. 4 synthetic football pitches. Plant rooms, stores, wet and dry changing rooms associated with above. Increased car parking to cater for the above. Expressions of interest are sought for the following, 1. Competent main contractors. Competent specialist mechanical installation contractors proposed by the applicant. Competent specialist electrical installation contractors proposed by the applicant. Competent specialist pool filtration contractors proposed by the applicant. Competent aluminium window installation contractors proposed by the applicant. Competent metal roof cladding installation contractors proposed by the applicant. Competent all weather synthetic playing surfaces installation contractors proposed by the applicant. Applicants will be shortlisted to tender for the proposed works, in accordance with EU Directive 2004/18/EC ‘Restricted procedures’.
