Design and Build System Build schools in 2 lots, Lot (1) comprising up to 8 number 4-8 classroom Primary schools in the greater Dublin and South-East and south regions , and Lot (2) comprising 1 to 3 Post-Primary schools ( each approximately 1 200 - 1 500 m2, for 100 to 150 students) in the Dublin area. Successful tenderers will be responsible for the development of those designs and their construction on multiple sites. Successful tenderers will not be responsible of the site layouts or for the Planning Permission but will be responsible for the Fire Certificate Application.
