The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland are seeking Expressions of Interest for the design, build, financing and maintenance of office buildings, together with associated car-parking and ancillary facilities, in Portlaoise, Mullingar and Carlow, involving in total approximately 37,000 sq m and approximately 1,600 car park spaces. It is anticipated that the successful tenderer will be responsible for certain maintenance elements throughout the contract period. The successful tenderer is also anticipated to be responsible for operation of the carpark at the Carlow site.
