Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Athlone Art Gallery. Provision/construction of an Art Gallery with extensive refurbishment and extension of the Fr. Matthew Hall. Applications are invited from suitably qualified Main Contractors and Specialist Contractors for placement on panels. Tenders will be invited from the Main Contractors who will select their Specialist Contractors as Sub-Contractors from the panels established by the Council. Questionnaires must be returned in respect of all contractors who wish to be considered and the works have been broken into the following lots; Lot 1 - Main Contractor. Lot 2 - External glazing, curtain walling and doors. Lot 3 - External stone cladding. Lot 4.- Electricial Installations. Lot 5.- Mechanical Installations.
