This contract is for architectural and building services fit out works currently anticipated to be for office accommodation, restaurant, gym and other ancillary functional spaces within the recently constructed existing seven storey building of approximately 5 200 square metres over a basement car park with 27 car parking spaces at One Warrington Place, Dublin 2.
