Elements of the works may include excavation and disposal, existing service diversions underground drainage, underground cable ducting and trenching, roads and foot paths, foundations, structural steel, cladding, glazing and roofing, suspender floors, stairwells, inernal walls, doors, tie-ins to existing building, lifts, escalators, furniture and fixings, mechanical/plumbing/HVAC works, electrical works to include fire alarm, security and communications, fire protection, mechanical and electrical equipment, signage etc. The works will be procured via a Main Contractor with Nominated Sub-contractors for Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Lifts and Escalators and Glazing/Curtain Walling.
