Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Students Services Building. GMIT is now seeking to engage Contractors for the delivery of a works construction programme for a new Student Services Building. The proposed Student Services building will be located in the eastern car park, in front of the old reception, is largely a new build structure incorporating some demolition of existing structure. It comprises an L shape, approximately 2 200 m² in area, over 2 floors.
