Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Decentralised Offices Edenderry. The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of office accommodation and ancillary facilities in Edenderry, County Offaly to accommodate approximately 100 staff of FETAC, HETAC and the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland (NQAI). The accommodation will be provided on a Design Build basis with payment on a milestone basis. A standard form of contract prepared by the Commissioners of Public Works will be utilised. The site will be provided by the Commissioners of Public Works.
