Third level PPP programme - Bundle 2. The Third Level PPP Bundle Two Programme is anticipated to involve the building of educational facilities on the campus sites of the Institute of Technology Tallaght, Co. Dublin and Waterford Institute of Technology, Co. Waterford, by means of a design, build, finance and maintain public private partnership contract. The facilities for this project are anticipated to include: Institute of Technology Tallaght, County Dublin: 1. Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts Building; 2. New Engineering Building; 3. Multi-Purpose Centre including tennis courts, an all weather pitch and grass pitch Waterford Institute of Technology, County Waterford; 4. Business and Enterprise Centre; 5. Engineering School Building. The Preferred Tenderer will be required to demonstrate that its proposal offers a genuine transfer of risk and value for money. The Preferred Tenderer will also be required to fit out and equip each facility in order to satisfy the output specification.
