The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of office accommodation and ancillary facilities in Charlestown, Co Mayo for the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to accommodate approx 180 staff. The accommodation will be provided on a Design Build basis. The new Government form of Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Contractor will be utilised. The site will be provided by the Commissioners of Public Works.
