The Emerald Project includes for but is not restricted to the following aspects: Construction of 37 n° sustainably designed apartments/houses over 2,3 & 4 storeys in 4 separate residential blocks around a courtyard and including a community room/visitor room and a three level demonstration water recovery system, recycling facilities and associated external works. Block A consisting of 20 No. Apartment Units (approx 1 600 m²); Block B consisting of 8 No. House Units (approx 700 m²); Block C consists of 2 no specially design disability house units (approx 190 m²) and Block D consisting of 7 No. House Units, a Visitors Centre, Recycling Room, Living Machine and Community Room (900 m²). Provision of various new access roads, car parks and footpath including associated lighting, drainage, fencing and landscaping.
