Facilities management tender. The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) based at 2-5 Warrington Place, Dublin 2 wish to award a contract for the provision of facilities management services. The BAI will award a three-year contract subject to (a) a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months and (b) ongoing performance and regular review of quality and cost competitiveness for the management of its premises at 2-5 Warrington Place, Dublin 2 with an option to extend for a further 1 year at BAI’s sole discretion. a) security – static guard; b) routine and specialist cleaning of offices and equipment; c) replenishment of cleaning consumables; d) routine building maintenance and landscape; e) mechanical and electrical equipment repair and maintenance including liaison and management of appointed subcontractors; f) emptying of waste bins, waste disposal and recycling; g) management of visitors, deliveries and post, and receiving of daily consumables.
