Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Ebrochure Design, programming & production services. Tourism Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “the Contracting Authority”) wishes to appoint Tenderers for inclusion on a Framework for Ebrochure design, programming and production services using the open tender (multi-supplier arrangement) framework process. By definition Ebrochure design, programming and production services may include, but not be limited to, the creation of electronic formats of printed brochures. The Framework for Ebrochure design, programming and production services may be used, in the first instance, by the Direct Marketing Team to source services for the production of electronic brochures. The Framework may also be used by other Tourism Ireland teams based in the Coleraine and Dublin offices to source Ebrochure production services for other printed publications. Finally, the Framework may further be used by the wider Tourism Ireland office network to source Ebrochure services; the network includes offices based in the following cities, Toronto, New York, Sydney, Madrid, London, Paris, Milan, Brussels, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Copenhagen. It is envisaged that at least two major Ebrochure contracts will be drawn down from the Framework each year by the Direct Marketing Team.
