Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: PG108T617 West Offaly Power and Lough Ree Power Circulating Fluidised Bed Boilers Superheater and Reheater Tube Panel Replacement. The contract is for design, supply and installation, in accordance with EN12952, of Superheater and Reheater tube panels located in the first convective pass of two CFB Steam Boilers (one rated at 100MWe, the other rated at 150MWe) and which are fired primarily with Peat.The replacement tube material will consist of Stainless Steels, Material Numbers 1.4877 and 1.4952. The contract may also include the assessment of performance implications due to changes in tube dimensions and tube panel layout which may arise. Prospective tenderers should have experience in the design, fabrication and installation of stainless steel tube panels.
