Fuel Hedging Services 2010-2013. Iarnród Éireann- Irish Rail on behalf of the CIE Group is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified companies who may be invited to bid for fuel hedging services that may arise over the life of the panel. Candidates are required to complete the qualification questionnaire and meet the rules set down in order to be admitted into the panel. The panel, originally advertised in December 2009, will be re-advertised annually and will run for a period of 3 years from January 2010. Once candidates have been admitted onto the panel they are not required to complete the qualification questionnaire for the duration of the three years (ie years 2 and 3).
