CIE is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified companies who may be invited to bid for fuel hedging services that may arise over the next 3 years. Candidates are required to complete the qualification questionnaire and meet the rules set down in order to be admitted into the panel. The panel will be re-advertised annually and will run for a period of 3 years. Once candidates have been admitted onto the panel they are not required to complete the qualification questionnaire for the duration of the 3 years.
