Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply of Autoclaves. The contract comprises the supply and delivery of two (2) Sterilising and one (1) Decontamination autoclaves. (the โGoodsโ). At a minimum, the Goods shall comprise the following: Sterilising Autoclaves: a) One of the sterilising autoclaves shall be sized to load two (2) 7 litre Bioreactors, and the other shall be sized to load four (4) 7 litre Bioreactors (typical bioreactor dimension 69 cm high (fully assembled) by 29 cm diameter), along with ancillary bottles and tubing. b) One (1) sterilising autoclave shall be of double-door pass-through design. c) One (1) sterilising autoclave will be supplied with clean steam, and one (1) shall include an electrically powered steam generator. d) The sterilisation autoclaves will be capable of the sterilisation of liquids, wrapped and unwrapped instruments, packs and utensils. e) The autoclaves shall meet with HTM 2010 requirements, Bowie and vacuum tests. f) The sterilising autoclaves will come supplied with loading carts/ transfer carriages, and chart recorder(s)/ data logger(s). g) The sterilising autoclaves will come with all necessary instrumentation and stand-alone control systems as well as all necessary valves, piping, relief devices, etc. a) The decontamination autoclave shall have a nominal capacity of approximately 150 litres. b) Sized to carry shake flasks, small bottles, and other laboratory-sized equipment. c) Include an integral steam generator, be of top-loading design and shall include a vacuum pump (for decontamination of hollow/ porous loads), air exhaust filtration, chart recorder/ microprocessor recording. d) The decontamination autoclave will come with all necessary instrumentation and stand-alone control systems as well as all necessary valves, piping, relief devices, etc. To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the eTenders Web Site at http://www.etenders.gov.ie/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=76594.
