The Minister for Justice, Equality & Law Reform (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenders from suitably qualified providers for the design and delivery of: (i) An annual audit programme to assess the compliance with the capital appraisal guidelines across multiple agencies/divisions; (ii) A capital appraisal training programme; and (iii) Where required , to assist or undertake with or on behalf of agencies/divisions/offices in carrying out/managing of capital appraisal evaluations and other services related to the guidelines.
