UCD science centre - phase 2 - temporary accommodation. The services / works are to include the design, supply, erection, dismantle and removal of a temporary accommodation building, which is to be a freestanding prefabricated demountable 2 storey over ground building. The building is to accommodate classrooms (2 No. 40 persons & 1 No. 60 person), administrative offices (41 No.), meeting rooms (1 No.), open plan offices (12 No. workstations), copy and print room (1 No.), all associated with a teaching and learning environment and to include appropriate power, lighting, emergency lighting, lift access and adequate toilet facilities. The services / works are to include all associated hardstandings and site services and connections to the temporary accommodation. The temporary building complete, hardstandings and temporary services are to be removed at the end of the required duration for the accommodation and all areas made good and reinstated to the standard at commencement of works. The scope of works is to include design, test, source, fabricate, set out, install, inspect, supervise, commission and co-ordinate the complete demountable building and the dismantle and removal from site and making good surrounds.
