Grangegorman Development Agency

Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Design Architect Grangegorman Library Complex. The services to be provided under the Contract are architectural design services and related services in relation to the range of new buildings proposed for the Library Complex for the Dublin Institute of Technology on the Grangegorman site. The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) is a statutory agency established in 2006 by the Irish Government to redevelop the Grangegorman site in Dublin city centre for education, health and other community facilities. The GDA is the body responsible for developing the site including all buildings. The Dublin Institute of Technology, one of Ireland's largest higher education institutions, is to be consolidated in new buildings on the Grangegorman site. The Library Complex will consist of the Library for the whole institution and other related buildings. More detailed information is set out in sections 3 and 4, and Appendix 3, of the Expression of Interest document. The outline set out in the Expression of Interest document is non-exhaustive and indicative only.
